I tried to sign up but there was no "submit" button on the page so
could not complete my entry. Is there a problem with the page?

I had the same problem with the submit button. It does not let you submit. I
even checked with my daughter & she couldn't do it. So I guess we are just
out a postal letterbox The list closes today.

Have you tried recently? I couldn't find a sumit button the first
time I tried. I waited and was able to send it all in this weekend.
You might want to give it one last try.
